d**n you trowa, I love arnold too, but after seing your sig too many times I had to visit that website.. Anyway saw him on there and said to myself "hey i've not done a pixel portrait yet, and i doubt i can" so messed around, and after a hour or so I got the following: I dont know if its good in relation to other portraits, I havent seen any pixel ones yet, looks close enough to the image I grabbed though and dont get on me for the clothes or hair, i only care about that face of his.

I think it's very convincing, especially for your first go at a portrait! it looks a bit odd with his right eye shaded as dark as it is and his forehead above it being highlighted strongly. but overall very nice work.
vote Arnie for California!!! what am i talking about, i live in the UK!! Arnie for Greenfield doesn't quite sound right!!

to be honest this wasnt hard at all, the only "challenging" parts were his F'n chin and eyes, god i hate his stupid chin now.... lol. all I did was trace his shape, get a feel for the color scheme I was going to use, which was a orangish-brownish, place giant blots of color around his face, then go into detail with it. If something didnt look right I looked at the original image to see where a shadow was or something. at one point he looked like he had a doublechin, was amusing I'm in arizona, used to live in cali, wish he was running for president so everyone could benefit him

Arnold: 81 colors I stopped caring about how many colors I was using for this piece because of the complexity of it. Chimp: 10 including transparancy I also made him a tail but it just never looked right to me, maybe if i took off his beanie and gave him some big monkey ears it would fit better, as for the rest ill get right on it
