I never understood quite how that book got so well regarded given that the downloadable library of sprites on Ari's website ain't that hot (and I'm being generous there) and the newer stuff isn't exactly brilliant either.
Nice to see people just write off a book without looking at it first. Unlike you guys I actually looked at the book and it has a lot of good, useful stuff in it. Maybe you might not like his work but if he gets paid to do it he can't be that bad, it's more than most people here get.
I don't believe the book was originally black and white because there are pictures of palletes and color wheels in it so I think it was originally color.

Who said I didn't? Did you think I used my physic powers to discover it was black and white. I would have given it a better chance if if the author had given me something worth looking at. I'll bet you haven't downloaded the file to see what I'm talking about.
Actually I have downloaded it and read several chapters. By looking at the book I meant actrually reading some of it, that's what books are for reading not looking at pretty pictures(well for anyone over 8 years old anyway).

Ohh dear god. There are just too many things wrong with that sentence considering the d**n book is about making pretty pictures. If you have an oppinion that pretty picture are only something for kids to look at then why the hell did you read the book. Actually, forget it, I finished talking to you. Clearly you took out a restraining order, against Reason and Logic, quite some time ago.
