Hello, I am the founder/owner of www.flashstand.com or for short, Flashstand. It is an RPG website featuring it's very own battle arena built right onto the forums that has been in the works for 6-7 months now. Soon I will be releasing version 2.0 but to do that I need 35 class sprites, 32X32, NO color limit, non-iso in traditional RPG format. I am not picky, just use your best judgement on RPG sprites. The following classes are needed: Commoner Squire Chemist Thief Monk Fighter Ranger Knight Black Mage White Mage Oracle Artist Gambler Barbarian Paladin General Dark Knight Beast Master Blue Mage Geomancer Time Mage Bard Ninja Samurai Dragoon Trainer Archer Cosmic Mage Dancer Battle Dancer Sword Master Magitek Knight Mimic Mystic Ninja Summoner To get picked as the person that will be doing all 35 of them choose ONE class to do and post it here, after seeing who has the best one (to my likeing) I will be contacting that person via AOL instant messanger (so please provide me with it. Pay: 20 USD. Thank you and good luck!

Sounds interesting. I take it you want a bunch of animations for each class as well. What animations would you need? I'm asking because... well, I know I would expect more than 20 bucks for 35 fully animated sprites. It's just a hell of a job.
I mean, it'd probably take me two hours to finish a non-animated 32x32 sprite from four views. I'd work all day with walking/running animations for that one character. If you need more, I could still probably manage in a day, if school's off...
In short, I wouldn't wanna spend a whole month of hard work for 20 bucks...

Heh, good question and sorry I didn't provide an answer.
NO animations, just static sprites. NO different views, just one facing to the right.
That makes it easy, doesn't it?

There you go, that's a lot better. I'd do that for 20, but alas, I'm busy with my own projects + school + illness right now. Good luck with the project, though!

Hey there, sounds like a fairly cool project. I'll make a sprite for fun and see what happens, but if I get picked no IM for me (parents rules). Looks fun though, so let me know if this would be alright.

Well, I've got e-mail. I'll pose it whenever I get around to finishing a sprite (probably within an hour, otherwise tomorrow morning), hope it comes out well.

20 bucks??? that won´t even buy you an hour of pixel work from anyone who is fairly good.
if you are recruiting for a non-profit project just say so, there will probably be plenty of people willing to help you out, but if it´s for a comerical venture then 20 bucks is insulting - even if you hire cheap-ass students.

Well I figure it'll be good practice making sprites, with a couple extra bucks on the side. BTW, my first one is coming along, even if he does look a lot like a cowboy. : P

This is a non-profit website, I make no money from it, but hey, 20 bucks can buy stuff

Man, drawing a sprite in exchange for a CD (some cost under 20) sounds good to me. Don't think I have quite enough talent though . . . I may try.
