Looking for a little help

OK, here is my current situation:

A few years ago I took a look at RPG worlds in general, and I decided that since the Forgotten Relms were designed, big companies had realy gotten lax in their design

Eger to bring a little more back into RPG worlds, and to counter-balance such appaling worlds as the ones used in Final Fantasy, I decided to get to work on my own

Seten (as the world is called), now has 8 continents, a tectonic plate diagram, a full history spanning from its birth to its death, its own set of gods, weapons, races (classics are present as well) and over 30 towns and cities

I have a huge plotline ready and waiting to be used, and alot of in-depth characters based around it, and have selected Macromedia Flash and Photoshop webcomics as a first step for it, however 2 novels are already being made

Problem: I am Dyslexic and Cannot Draw

OK, so I tried to select a method that would bring the drawing I had to do to a minimum, and have selected Sprites as a method of doing so, however my attempt at sprites nearly hospitolised a friend when the laughter produced by them stopped him breathing

The thought of ripping and editing sprites has occured to me, but if my characters look like someone elses they will never be respected, and I dont think I could live with that having worked on them for so long

So, I need to work with someone who do that part of the work for me

I have a little script ready to give out, along with some weapon concept art, and a detailed history of Seten's early days

Unfortunatly I dont have any money to spend at the moment, but I should have come christmas
