First of all you can draw the body yourself. Also please write more clearly, you post is rather hard to read.
It is pretty bright but I'm sure on a light background it would look much better. The eyes really need pupils as well.

Hello BM I'm afraid I have some bad news: to get better at pixel art you must create some fairly awful work. Trust me. I've got many many megs of complete garbage on my hard drive now. I joined Pixelation months ago, regularly lurked, even more regularly pixelled, kept the stuff I liked and changed the stuff I didn't. The point is: if you want to take advantage of the experience on this board, you need to suck it up and present more complete art. It's pretty hard to critique three circles and a line. P.S. Don't take this as overly harsh criticism-- three circles and a line is pretty much where everybody starts.

Yeah I uh second that, we had our turn..now it's your turn, bwahaha, no but seriously put forth more of an effort and be willing to go out on a limb with your artwork, and you''ll reap bountiful rewards because you'll get more detailed critiques and you will improve before you know it. of course once you have improved you will know it, if you don't your pretty slow but I'm sure someone else will, which is in fact usually when you know you've come so far, that people will flat out say it. This waste of space was brought to you by xanaman.
